WPPI Energy's Office and Operations Facility is the first building in Sun Prairie, Wis., to achieve Leadership in Environmental Design (LEED) 'Gold' certification. The member utilities of WPPI Energy created this sustainable, high-performance facility to create a model of energy efficiency and conservation from which others can learn.
