Community Projects
WPPI Energy funds wind and solar photovoltaic (PV) projects that power municipal buildings, schools, homes, businesses and more in local member communities. These projects take advantage of the wind and sun's abundant energy resource, while providing a highly visible demonstration of renewable energy. Wind and solar PV projects meet the growing energy needs of our customer-owned member utilities and educate the community about the technology's benefits, operation and performance.
