As public power utilities, WPPI Energy’s members operate on a nonprofit basis and are owned by their communities and customers. Rather than focusing on returning a dividend for shareholders, the focus of these locally owned, locally controlled utilities is to provide excellent hometown service, making their communities better places to live and work.
