Community Solar Projects
WPPI Energy funds photovoltaic (PV) solar projects that power municipal buildings, schools, homes, businesses and more in local member communities. These projects take advantage of the sun’s abundant energy resource, while providing a highly visible demonstration of renewable energy. Solar PV projects meet the growing energy needs of our customer-owned member utilities and educate the community about the technology’s benefits, operation and performance.
